A. WHO CAN JOIN THE PROMO?

1. The promo is open to all Ever Commonwealth customers.
2. Employees of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, mall tenants, suppliers, advertising agencies, manpower agencies, security agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity (including relatives by legal adoption) are disqualified from joining.
3. By joining the promo, the participant confirms that:
    ○ He/She has read and agrees to abide by the promo mechanics.
    ○ Ever Commonwealth may collect and use the participant’s voluntarily submitted personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
    ○ The promo duration covers November 24, 2024 to January 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

B. HOW TO JOIN

1. Every single or accumulated purchase receipt(s) from participating mall tenants within the promo period entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon for every ₱500 worth of purchase.
2. The customer must proceed to the Promo Booth and present the qualified receipts for verification.
    ○ 1 raffle coupon = per ₱500 purchase equivalent
    ○ For receipts totaling ₱31,000 and above, a maximum of 30 raffle coupons will be issued per transaction.
3. After validation, the Promo Attendant will issue the appropriate number of raffle coupons.
4. The customer must fill out the raffle coupon with Complete Name, Address, Contact Number, and Signature, and drop it into the designated drop box of their chosen JOY prize:

5. The Promo Booth is located at the Lower Ground Floor, near the Mall Activity Center, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, November 24, 2024 to January 4, 2025.
6. Deadline of submission of raffle entries: January 4, 2025 at 8:00 PM.

C. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

1. A total of three (3) winners will be drawn on January 6, 2025, at the Ever Commonwealth 3rd Floor Mall Administration Office.
2. One (1) winner per prize drop box will be drawn:
   ○ J – ₱50,000 worth of Appliances
   ○ O – ₱50,000 worth of Grocery Items
   ○ Y – ₱50,000 worth Feast & Shopping package

3. A customer may only win once. If the same name is drawn more than once, the subsequent entry will be considered void.

4. The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI Representative.

5. Ever Malls shall not be liable for any tax, cost, or expense arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

D. NOTIFYING WINNERS

1. Winners will be notified via phone call, registered mail, and announced on Ever Commonwealth’s official Facebook Page.
2. Winners may claim their prize at the Mall Administration Office, 3rd Floor Ever Commonwealth, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
3. By participating, winners agree to allow the use of their name and/or photo for publicity purposes.

E. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. Winners must present:
   ○ Two (2) valid IDs (original and photocopy) with photo and signature
   ○ Printout/Screenshot of the Facebook congratulatory post & message, and registered notification letter
   ○ Winning Raffle Stub
2. If an authorized representative will claim on behalf of the winner, they must present:
    ○ Authorization Letter signed by the winner
    ○ Two (2) valid IDs of the winner (photocopy)
    ○ Two (2) valid IDs of the representative (original & photocopy)
    ○ Winning Raffle Stub
    ○ Registered Mail copy
3. If the winning stub is lost, the winner must execute an Affidavit of Loss and submit supporting community identification documents. Prize will be released after verification.
4. All prize claims are subject to security validation. Ever Malls reserves the right to refuse release of prize if documents appear tampered, forged, or invalid.
5. Winners have 60 days to claim their prizes. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited in favor of Ever Malls with prior DTI approval.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Receipts from utilities, telecom, travel agencies, direct selling, courier, real estate, schools, insurance, banks, and medical/dental services are not valid for this promo.
