PROMO MECHANICS

1. Eligibility:

• Open to all women aged 18 and above.
• Participants must be residents of the Philippines.
• Employees of Ever Commonwealth and their immediate family members are not eligible to join

2. How to Join:

• Take a selfie or creative photo that represents what makes you feel empowered.
• Write a short caption about your empowerment story.
• Post your entry on Facebook or Instagram, tag @EverCommonwealth, and use the hashtags #EmpoweredAtEver #WomensMonthAtEver (Ensure your post is set to public)

3. Promo Duration:

• Submission of entries: [Start Date] – [End Date]
• Announcement of winners: [Date] via Ever Commonwealth’s official social media pages.

4. Winner Selection & Criteria:

• The top entries with the highest engagement (likes, comments, and shares) will be shortlisted.
• A panel of judges will select two (2) winners based on the following criteria:
• Creativity & Presentation – 40%
• Message & Impact – 40%
• Engagement (likes, shares, comments) – 20%

5. Prizes:

• Two (2) winners will each receive ₱3,000 worth of Ever Gift Certificates.

• Claiming of Prizes:
• • Winners must present the following at the Mall Admin Office (Monday to Thursday, 10 AM – 3 PM):
    ✅ A valid ID
    ✅ The official winner announcement poster with their name on it
  • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the announcement date; otherwise, they will be forfeited.
• Additional Terms:
  • By joining, participants grant Ever Commonwealth permission to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes.
  • Ever Commonwealth reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not follow the mechanics or contain inappropriate content.
  • The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.
