A.    Who can join the promo?

1. Promo is open to all Ever Commonwealth customers.

2. All employees of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower, and security agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, including relatives by legal adoption, are disqualified from joining the promo.

3. By joining and participating in the Happy Weekend Sale – Shop, Scan & Win Gadget Promo (“the promotion”), participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:

○ He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;

○ Ever Commonwealth shall receive his or her volunteered registration data, and all information supplied by him or her will be used by Ever Commonwealth in accordance with its privacy policy;

○ Promotion period is from October 17–19, 2025 from 10am-7pm

B.    How to Join:

1. Shoppers with a minimum single or accumulated receipt purchase of ₱500 from any participating tenants of the Happy Weekend Sale dated October 17–19, 2025 are entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry.

• Example Scenario:
   ○ A shopper buys items on October 17 worth ₱300 and ₱200 (accumulated total = ₱500) → 1 e-raffle entry
   ○ On the same day, the shopper makes another purchase worth ₱1,200 → Additional 1 e-raffle entry (1 raffle entry per entry form submission

2. Each participant is entitled to a maximum of two (2) e-raffle entry per day throughout the promo period.

3. Participants may submit multiple entries provided they follow the limit of two (2) entry per day, with a maximum total of six (6) entries for the entire promo duration.

4. To join:

• Go to the official promo registration page/QR code provided at the redemption booth or mall’s social media page.
• Fill out the e-raffle form with the following details:
○ Full Name
○ Address
○ Contact Number
○ Email Address
○ Unique e-raffle number provided by the promo booth attendant

5. Only entries with complete contact details and valid e-raffle number will qualify for the e-raffle draw.

6. Deadline for submission of entries is until October 19, 2025, at 10PM.

C.    Raffle Prizes:

      • 2 winners of Smartphone: Infinix Hot 60i
      • 2 winners of Tablet: Infinix Xpad 20
      • 1 winner of Laptop: Asus Intel Celeron N4500

D.    E-Raffle Draw & Winner Announcement:

1. The e-raffle draw will be conducted on October 20, 2025 at 2pm through the official online raffle system AppSorteos website, in the presence of a DTI representative.

2. Winners will be notified via phone call, email, and registered mail.

3. Winners’ names will also be posted on the mall’s official social media pages

E.     Prize Redemption:

1. Winners must claim their prize at the Mall Administration Office within 60 days from receipt of notification.

2. Winners must present:
○ Two (2) valid government-issued ID
○ Registered mail or winning notification

3. Prizes not claimed within the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of Ever Commonwealth Mall with prior DTI approval.

4. All prize claims are subject to security check. Ever Malls reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prize if the raffle stub and IDs presented are stolen, forge, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if the winners is an employee/s of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower and security agencies and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity including relatives by legal adoption. Any person who commits, conspires to commit or in any way aids in the commission of any act tampering, counterfeiting, or fraud shall be automatically disqualified from this promo and from all future Ever Malls promo and shall be subject to legal action.

F.     Other Guidelines:

• Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Ever Commonwealth Mall with the concurrence of DTI shall be final and irrevocable.

E.    CONTROL MEASURES:

1. All e-raffle entries submitted through the official AppSorteos website shall be automatically gathered in the secure online raffle system and shall remain under the safekeeping of the Ever Commonwealth Mall Admin, under the custody of Ms. Karla M. Ilagan – Marketing Assistant.

2. A monitoring sheet will be used prior to scanning the entries. The sheet will include the following details: entry code, name of the participant, address, contact number, signature, receipt number, amount, and the total number of entries. This will ensure proper documentation and help avoid unnecessary scans.

3. A DTI representative will be invited to be present on the day of online raffle draw.

4. In cases wherein the DTI representative arrives late, the e-raffle draw shall not proceed until the representative is present, with all entries remaining securely stored in the online raffle system under the custody of Ms. Karla M. Ilagan.

5. Five (5) raffle entries shall be drawn as buffer entries. The buffer raffle entries will be considered and validated if in the case:

• Any of the drawn raffle winners happens to be an employee/s of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower, and security agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity including relative of legal adoption or if the winner /s is/are disqualified due to reasons under item no. 2 (under item a. Who can join the promo?)

6. The drawn buffer entries shall be numbered accordingly as drawn. Ex: first drawn = buffer entry no.1 and the next draw shall subsequently follow.

7. The first buffer entry shall be considered for validation and if not valid due to any of the items that falls under mechanics no.2 (under item a. Who can join the promo?), the 2nd buffer entry shall be considered after Ever Commonwealth had conducted a security check (mechanics no. 4 – under item e. prize redemption) on the first buffer entry. The same procedures apply to the remaining buffer entries.
