1. Who Can Join the Promo

> The promo is open to all Ever Commonwealth customers.
> All employees of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower, and security agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, including relatives by legal adoption, are disqualified from joining the promo.
> By joining and participating in the Plinko Game Promo (“the promotion”), participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:
    ○ They have read the full mechanics of this promotion and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
     ○ Ever Commonwealth shall receive their volunteered registration data, and all information supplied will be used in accordance with Ever Commonwealth’s privacy policy.
> The promotion period is from March 14–16, 2025.

2. How to Join

Shop & Play:

○ Shoppers who spend a minimum of ₱1,000 (single-receipt purchase) in any Ever Commonwealth store during the 3-day sale can join the Plinko Game.
○ Each ₱1,000 receipt = 1 Plinko chip.
○ Each participant can play multiple times but can only win once per day. The participant can join again the next day with a new set of valid receipts.
○ A maximum of 5 chips per participant per day is allowed.
    > This means that regardless of the total amount spent, each participant can receive only up to 5 Plinko chips per day.
        Example:
        – A customer spends ₱5,000 in a single-receipt purchase = Receives 5 chips (maximum limit reached).
        – A customer spends ₱8,000 in a single-receipt purchase = Still receives 5 chips (since the maximum per day is 5).
        – A customer spends ₱3,000 in a single receipt in the morning and another ₱3,000 in the evening = Receives 5 chips (not 6), as the daily max has been reached.
– The limit resets the next day, meaning a participant can join again the next day with a new set of valid receipts.

Register & Verify:

○ Present your single-receipt purchase at the Plinko Game Booth for validation.
○ Fill out a short registration form with your name, contact number, and email.
○ Once verified, you’ll receive your Plinko chip(s) to play.

3. Determination of Winners

How to Play:

○ Stand at the Plinko board and drop your chip from the top.
○ The chip will bounce through the pegs and land in one of the prize slots at the bottom.
○ You win the prize in the slot where your chip lands!

Prizes:

○ Players have a chance to win the following prizes based on where their chip lands:
🎁 ₱500 Ever Gift Certificate
🎁 ₱1,000 Ever Gift Certificate

○ Prizes are subject to availability and will be distributed until supply lasts.
○ Once a prize category is fully redeemed, remaining players will have fewer available prize slots to win from.

4. Notifying Winners

○ Winners will be announced on-site at the Plinko Game Booth after each game.
○ Winners will also be notified via the contact details provided during registration.

5. Claiming of Prizes

○ Winners will receive their prizes immediately at the Plinko Game Booth after playing.
○ Winners must present a valid ID and their registration details to claim their prizes.
○ Unclaimed prizes after 60 days from the end of promo will be forfeited .

Terms & Conditions:

✅ Valid same-day receipts only (March 14–16, 2025).
✅ Participants can play multiple times but can only win once per day. The participant can join again the next day with a new set of valid receipts.
✅ A maximum of 5 chips per participant per day is allowed, regardless of total spending.
✅ Unclaimed prizes after 60 days from the end promo period will be forfeited.
✅ Receipts from service outlets such as utilities, telecommunications, travel agencies, direct selling, courier, real estate, schools, insurance, banks and medical/dental clinics are disqualified from joining the promo.
