Tournament Mechanics

 Event Title: CyberClash MLBB Tournament 2026
 Campaign: Cyberverse 2026
 Venue: Ever Commonwealth Mall Activity Center
 Tournament Format: One-Day Single Elimination Tournament
 Team Composition: 5 Main Players + 1 Optional Substitute
 Slots Available: First 6 Qualified Barangay Teams
 Eligibility: Open to Barangays within Quezon City only

TOURNAMENT OBJECTIVE

The Cyber Clash MLBB Tournament aims to bring together the best Mobile Legends players from different Quezon City barangays for a day of competitive gaming, teamwork, sportsmanship, and community pride as they compete for the title of Cyberverse MLBB Barangay Cup Champion.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to residents of Quezon City only.
• Teams must represent an official barangay within Quezon City.
• Only one (1) team per barangay shall be accepted.
• Each team must consist of:
    > Five (5) Main Players
    > One (1) Optional Substitute
• All players must have an active Mobile Legends account.
• All registered players must have a minimum rank of Legends at the time of registration.
• Players must be at least 18 years old.
• Team members must belong to the same barangay they are representing.

HOW TO JOIN

STEP 1 Like and Follow the Ever Commonwealth Facebook Page.
STEP 2 Accomplish the Online Registration Form.
STEP 3 Submit the following requirements via online registration:

> Team Name
> Represented Barangay
> Team Captain’s Name
> Contact Number
> Complete List of Players
> MLBB In-Game Names (IGN)
> MLBB Player IDs
> Screenshot of Current Rank (Legends or Higher)
> Proof of Residency in the represented Quezon City Barangay (any valid ID, Barangay ID, Barangay Clearance, School ID with address, utility bill, or similar document)

STEP 4 Top 6 Team Finalists will be announced on the social media pages of Ever Commonwealth on July 3, 2026
STEP 5 Present a valid ID during tournament check-in on July 10, 2026.

REGISTRATION RULES

Registration is FREE.
• Limited to the first six (6) qualified barangay teams only.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
Registration closes once all slots are filled.
Teams shall receive an official confirmation from the organizers upon successful registration.
Tournament seeding and bracket placement shall be determined through an official draw conducted by the organizers.

GAME SETTINGS

Game: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Mode: Tournament Draft Pick
Server: Philippines

Spectators Allowed:
   > Tournament Officials
   > Authorized Casters
   > Livestream Production Team

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants must provide their own:
> Mobile Phone/Device
> Charger
> Power Bank

GENERAL RULES

1. Only registered players may participate.
2. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
3. Players must use only their registered MLBB account.
4. Teams must arrive at least thirty (30) minutes before their scheduled match.
5. Teams not present within ten (10) minutes after match call time shall be declared in default and automatically forfeited.
6. Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties or disqualification.
7. The use of cheats, exploits, scripts, hacks, or third-party software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

DISCONNECTION RULES

Prior to First Blood: Tournament officials may restart the match if deemed necessary.

After First Blood: The match shall continue unless tournament officials determine that a major technical issue significantly affected competitive integrity.

PROTESTS

• Only Team Captains may file an official protest.
• Protests must be submitted within ten (10) minutes after the conclusion of the match.
• Supporting evidence such as screenshots, recordings, or match history must be provided.
• Decisions made by the Tournament Committee shall be final and non-appealable.

ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Verify all player information and submitted documents.
• Reject incomplete or fraudulent registrations.
• Modify tournament schedules when necessary.
• Modify tournament registration requirements when necessary.
• Disqualify participants found violating tournament rules.
• Make final decisions on matters not covered by these mechanics
