The stage is almost ready, the spotlight is warming up, and the next batch of young performers is about to shine. The Ever Kiddie Stars Audition Screening is your child’s exciting first step toward showcasing their talent and confidence in front of a live audience and panel of judges.
This guide will help parents and participants understand the audition process, requirements, reminders, and what to expect on the big day at Ever Commonwealth Mall.

For many kids, this audition will be their first time stepping onto a stage. Think of it as a small adventure: a moment to sing, dance, perform, and express creativity.

Step-by-Step Audition Screening Guide
1. Registration at the Booth
Upon arrival at the Mall Activity Center, participants must proceed to the Registration Booth.
The organizers will:
• Verify the participant’s name on the official list
• Provide a number sticker that must be worn during the audition
This number will be used when calling contestants to the stage.
2. Submit Music File (If Needed)
Participants performing with music must submit their music file in MP3 format via USB to the assigned technical staff.
Helpful tips:
• Label the file with the participant’s name
• Ensure the file is working and ready to play
• Bring a backup copy if possible
3. Stay in the Waiting Area
After registration, participants will be guided to the designated waiting area.
Here’s what kids should do:
• Stay close to parents or guardians
• Listen carefully for their name or number to be called
• Take a deep breath and relax before performing

4. When Called to the Stage
When the participant’s name or number is announced:
• Walk confidently to the stage
• Smile and greet the judges

5. Talent Performance
Participants will perform their prepared talent for at least 2 minutes.

6. Judges’ Deliberation (Elimination Round)

From all participants, the judges will select the Top 24 contestants who will advance to the Semi-Final Round.
The deliberation will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative to ensure fairness and transparency.
7. Announcement of Semi-Finalists
The Top 24 Semi-Finalists will be officially announced through the social media pages of Ever Commonwealth Mall.
Parents or guardians of the selected contestants will also be directly notified by the organizers regarding the next stage of the competition.

Participants who have not yet completed their submission must bring the required documents on the audition day.

• Photocopy of birth certificate or proof of age

⏰ Cut-Off Time for Submission
The cut-off time for submission of requirements and registration verification is 1:00 PM only on both audition days:
• March 27 & March 28
Participants arriving after 1:00 PM may no longer be accommodated, so it is highly recommended to arrive early.
