SHOP N’ RIDE RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS

Shop at Ever Commonwealth on March 13, 14, and 15, 2026 and get a chance to win exciting prizes, Ride home a winner, Ever Gift Certificates and Food Vouchers

Customers who shop during the promo period may join the raffle by presenting their valid purchase receipts and raffle coupons.

Promo Period: March 13–15, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Venue: Ever Commonwealth Mall
Raffle Draw: March 16, 2026

A. WHO CAN JOIN THE PROMO

1. The promo is open to all customers of Ever Commonwealth.
2. Employees of Ever Malls, its affiliates, mall tenants, suppliers, advertising agencies, manpower agencies, security agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity (including legal adoption) are not allowed to join.
3. By joining the promo, participants confirm that they have read and agreed to the promo mechanics and allow Ever Commonwealth to collect and use their personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

B. HOW TO JOIN

1. Every single or accumulated purchase receipt from participating tenants during the promo period entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon for every ₱500 purchase.

2. Customers must present their valid receipts at the Promo Booth for verification.

                o    1 raffle coupon = every ₱500 purchase
                o    A maximum of 30 raffle coupons per transaction may be issued

3.    After validation, the Promo Attendant will issue the corresponding number of raffle coupons.
4.    Customers must completely fill out the raffle coupon with Name, Address, Contact Number, and Signature, then drop it into the designated raffle box.
5.    The Promo Booth will be located at the designated mall area and will operate from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM throughout the promo period.
7.    The deadline for submission of raffle entries is March 15, 2026 at 8:00 PM.

C. PRIZES AND DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

1.    Winners will be drawn on March 17, 2026 at the Ever Commonwealth Mall Administration Office.
2.    Prizes to be awarded:

             o    Grand Prize: 3 Wheels E-bike
             o    Consolation Prizes:
                   – ₱5,000 worth of Ever Gift Certificates (1 winner)
                   – ₱5,000 worth of Food Voucher (1 winner)
3.    The higher prize must be awarded in case the draw more than once.
4.    The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI Representative.
5.    Ever Malls will not be responsible for any tax, cost, or expense arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.

ANNOUNCEMENT AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
1.    Winners will be notified via phone call, registered mail, and announcement on Ever Commonwealth’s official Facebook page.
2.    Winners may claim their prizes at the Mall Administration Office, 3rd Floor, Ever Commonwealth, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
3.    By joining the promo, winners agree to the use of their name and/or photo for publicity purposes.

E. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1.    Winners must present the following:

      o    Two (2) valid IDs (original and photocopy)
      o    Winning raffle stub
      o    Screenshot or printout of the official Facebook announcement and notification

2.    If claimed by an authorized representative, the following are required:

       o    Authorization Letter signed by the winner
       o    Two (2) valid IDs of the winner (photocopy)
       o    Two (2) valid IDs of the representative (original and photocopy)
       o    Winning raffle stub

3.    In case of lost raffle stub, the winner must submit an Affidavit of Loss and supporting documents for verification.
4.    All prize claims are subject to security validation. Ever Malls reserves the right to deny prize release if documents are incomplete or invalid.
5.    Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Ever Malls with prior DTI approval.
