PROMO MECHANICS

a. Who can join the promo?

1. Promo is open to all Ever Commonwealth customers.

2. All employees of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower and security agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity including relatives by legal adoption are disqualified from joining the promo.

3. By joining and participating in the Choose Your Joy Raffle Promo (“the promotion”) participants confirm, agree to and acknowledge that:
• He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
• Ever Commonwealth shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by Ever Commonwealth in accordance with its privacy policy;
• Promotion period is from November 25, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

b. How to join?

1. Every single or accumulated purchase receipt/s made from participating Mall tenants within the promo period entitles a customer to one (1) RAFFLE COUPON:

2. Customer will proceed to the Promo Booth and present the qualified purchase receipt/s to the Promo Attendant for checking and validation.
a. 1 raffle coupon = per required purchase metb. For receipts worth P31,000 and up, a maximum of 30 raffle stubs shall be given regardless of the total purchase amount.

3. Upon validation of the receipt/s, The Promo Attendant will issue the correct number of raffle coupons to the customer.

4. Customer/s must fill out the raffle coupon with his/her COMPLETE NAME, address, contact number, and affix his/her signature and drop at designated drop box located at the redemption booth area.
a. There will be three (3) drop boxes in the promo booth area, labeled J-O-Y.
> Drop box J corresponds to Shopping Prize of Php 50,000 worth of Ever Gift Certificates;
> Drop box O corresponds to Grocery Prize of Php 50,000 worth of grocery items
> Drop box Y corresponds to Feast Prize of Php 50,000 worth of Food Gift Certificates
b. Customer will drop his/her entries to his/her chosen prize designated drop box.

5. The Promo Booth is located at the Lower Ground Floor, near the Mall Activity Center from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, November 25, 2024 to January 5, 2025.

6. Deadline for submission of raffle entry/ies is on January 5, 2025 8:00pm.

c. Determination of Raffle winners

1. A total of three (3) winners will be determined via raffle draw on January 7, 2025 at Ever Commonwealth, 3rd Floor, Mall Administration Office.

2. One (1) Winner will be draw from each designated drop box. One (1) winner for the Shopping Prize will win Php 50,000 worth of Ever Gift Certificates, one (1) Winner for the Grocery Prize will win Php 50,000 worth of Grocery items, one (1) Winner for the Feast Prize will win Php 50,000 accumulated worth of food gift certificates.

3. Customer can win only once during the raffle draw. If a person’s name is drawn more than once, the subsequently drawn entry shall be invalidated

4. The raffle draw will be witnessed and supervised by a DTI Representative.

5. Except as expressly provided herein, Ever Malls shall not be liable to the winners for any taxes, cost, liabilities or expenses that may arise out of ownership or use of the prize.

d. Notifying Winners

1. Winners will be informed through phone call, registered mail and announced through a Facebook post in the Ever Gotesco Malls-Official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/evergotescomallsofficial) and will be posted through announcement standees.

2. Winners may claim his/her prize at the Mall Administration Office, 2nd Floor Ever Commonwealth, Batasan Hills Quezon City from 2pm to 5pm only.

3. By participating in this promo, the winners agree to the inclusion of their names and/or pictures in the winner’s announcement material

e. Claiming of Prizes

1. To claim their respective prizes, winners have to present the following:

a. Two (2) Original and Photocopies of valid IDs with photo and signature (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Student ID, etc)

b. Printout / Screenshot of Ever Malls congratulatory Facebook message, Facebook post, AND registered notification letter.

c. Winning Raffle stub.
*The IDs presented must show the following information: Full Name, Address, Signature and Photo. If the IDs presented do not contain the information required, such IDs will not be accepted as valid proof of identification.

2. In case the winner cannot personally claim his/her prize for any reason, winners can send an authorized representative to claim the prizes on their behalf. The representative must bring:

a. Printout / Screenshot of Ever Malls congratulatory Facebook message, Facebook post, AND registered notification letter.

b. A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the proxy as the acknowledge recipient of the prize on the winner’s behalf

c. Winning raffle stub.

d. Two (2) photocopies of valid IDs of the winner

e. Two (2) original and photocopies of valid IDs of the proxy

f. Original copy of the registered mail from Ever Malls.

g. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.

3. In the event, the winner/s is unable to present the winning stub, she/he should execute an affidavit of loss, attached with any of the following:

Affidavit of at least two (2) disinterested persons attesting to his identity, certification of the barangay captain the winner is really a resident of that place, and other identification papers. In this case, the prize may be released to the claimant after the lapse of the deadlines for claiming the prize.

4. All prize claims are subject to a security check.

Ever Malls reserves the right to refuse awarding of prize if the raffle stub and IDs presented are stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if the winner/s is an employee/s of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower and security agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity including relatives by legal adoption. Any person who commits, conspires to commit or in any way aids in the commission of any act of tampering, counterfeiting, or fraud shall be automatically disqualified from this promo and from all future Ever Malls promos and shall be subject to legal action.

5. A 60-day period is allotted for the claiming of prize upon confirmed receipt of notification by winner.

6. If a winner is a minor, s/he must be accompanied by an adult who must likewise present his/her own set of identification documents,

1pc. of 1×1 colored photo, two (2) original and photocopies of valid IDs with photo and
signature (e.g., Driver’s License, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Senior Citizen ID, Passport, NBI Clearance)

*The IDs presented must show the following information: Full Name, Address, Signature, and Photo. If the IDs presented do not contain the information required, such IDs will not be accepted as valid proof of identification.

7. Redemption of the prize is within 60 days from receipt of registered notice. Prize not claimed within the 60-day redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of Ever Malls with prior approval from DTI.

8. The interpretation and implementation of these mechanics, as well all decisions made by Ever Malls in concurrence with DTI in relation thereto, or in the conduct of this Promo are final.

*Receipts from service outlets such as utilities, telecommunications, travel agencies, direct selling, courier, real state, schools, insurance, banks, and medical/dental clinics are disqualified from joining the promo.
