BIGGEST SPENDER OF THE DAY

Shop, submit, and win big! Present your qualified receipts and get a chance to be named the Biggest Spender of the Day. One lucky shopper with the highest qualified purchase for the day will take home ₱10,000 worth of Ever Gift Certificates. The more you shop, the bigger your chance to become the day’s top spender and winner!

Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from June 19, 20 and 21, 2026 and is open to all shoppers of Ever Commonwealth.

2. Present Php 5,000 minimum single or accumulated receipt purchase from any mall tenants from June 19, 20 and 21, 2026. Receipt/s must be dated with the current date of submission of entry/ies.

3. Customer/s must present his/her purchase receipt at the promo booth of Ever Commonwealth located at the Lower Ground Floor beside Mall Atrium.

4. A participant can only register once per day.

5. Customer/s must fill out the monitoring sheet with his/her Complete Name, address, contact number, and affix his/her signature located at the registration booth area.

6. A participant can only win once. If a person’s name wins more than once, the entry shall be invalidated.

7. To determine the winner, the participant with the highest total spend for the day will be declared the winner. This will be verified through the official receipts presented by the customer from any purchases made at Ever Commonwealth mall tenants. All entries will be logged and monitored by the promo booth attendant using an official tracking sheet.

8. The top 1 biggest spenders will be declared winners every day—and will receive ₱10,000 worth of Ever Gift Certificates per day only and shall be validated by a DTI Representative.

9. In the event of a tie, where two or more participants have the same total amount spent, the winner will be the participant who submitted their entry first, based on the official time and date of submission recorded based on our monitoring sheet.

10. Deadline for submission of entry per day at 6PM.

11. Announcement of winners per day shall be posted on the official Facebook page of Ever Commonwealth starting June 19 top 21, 2026 at 7pm. A DTI representative will be invited to validate the entries.

12. Prize is not convertible to cash.

13. Winners will be informed through phone call and registered mail. Winners may claim his/her prize at the Mall Administration Office, ^3rd Floor Ever Commonwealth, Batasan Hills Quezon City from 2pm to 5pm only. The names of the winners will be posted thru announcement on our Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/evermallsofficial. By participating in this promo, the winners agree to the inclusion of their names and/or pictures in the winner’s announcement material.

14. In claiming the prize, the winner must present the following:

○ Original registered mail from Ever Malls
○ Original receipt/s with stamp
○ two (2) original and photocopies of valid Identification Cards with photo and signature [ e.i. driver’s license, SSS or TIN ID, Passport, NBI Clearance]. 

> The IDs presented must show the following information: Full Name, Address, Signature and Photo.  If the IDs presented do not contain the information required, such IDs will not be accepted as valid proof of identification.

15. If a winner is a minor, s/he must be accompanied by an adult who must likewise present his/her own set of identification documents, 1pc. of 1×1 colored photo, two (2) original and photocopies of valid IDs with photo and signature (e.i. Driver’s License, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, Company ID, Senior Citizen ID, Passport, NBI Clearance) showing the same required information mentioned in item no.12.All prize claims are subject to a security check. Ever Malls reserves the right to refuse awarding of prize if the original receipt and IDs presented are stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if the winner/s is an employee/s of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower and security agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity including relatives by legal adoption. Any person who commits, conspires to commit or in any way aids in the commission of any act of tampering, counterfeiting, or fraud shall be automatically disqualified from this promo and from all future Ever Malls promos and shall be subject to legal action.

16. Redemption of prize is within 60 days from receipt of registered notice. Prize not claimed within the 60-day redemption period shall be forfeited in favor of Ever Malls with prior approval from DTI.

17. All employees of Ever Malls, its affiliate stores, tenants, suppliers, advertising, manpower and security agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity including relatives by legal adoption are disqualified from joining the contest.

18. The interpretation and implementation of these mechanics, as well all decisions made by Ever Malls in concurrence with DTI in relation thereto, or in the conduct of this promo are final.

*Receipts from service outlets such as utilities, telecommunications, travel agencies, direct selling, courier, real state, schools, insurance, banks and medical/dental clinics are disqualified from joining the promo
