Calling all EVERkids cosplayers wannabe! Join the Ever Cosplay Saga Parade and wear your best cosplay costumes for a chance to enjoy exciting treats from our mall tenants. Whether you’re a seasoned cosplayer or just starting out, we invite you to be part of this thrilling event!

Event Details:

– Date of Event: October 26, 2024
> Trick or Treat starts at 12pm
   > Cosplay Parade starts at 2pm
   > Cosplay Party starts at 3pm
– Venue: 2nd Level – FAMTASTIC CENTER
– Registration Deadline: October 25, 2024
– Number of Participants: Only the first 70 registrants dressed in Costumes will be accepted

How to Join:

1. Pre-Registration:

> To join the parade, cosplayers must pre-register online through: https://forms.gle/pSaCSM2HyoTdEGmP7
> Only 70 participants will be accepted, so make sure to register early!

2. Eligibility:

> Open to kids ages 5 to 12 years old
> Participants should come in their best cosplay costumes whether a hero or a villain suited for a family-friendly event.

3. Cosplay Guidelines:

> Costumes should be creative, fun, and family-friendly. Avoid offensive or overly revealing outfits.
> Props and accessories must be safe, non-functional, and lightweight.
> Participants should be mindful of the audience and other participants.

4. Parade Day Requirements:

> Check-in at the registration booth/assembly area at the 2nd level near CCF by 2pm.
> All participants must complete the check-in process to receive their event kits, including a parade pass and important instructions.

5. Special Treats:

> All participants will receive exclusive treats from Ever Commonwealth at the end of the party.
> Keep your party pass to claim your treats!

6. Event Rules:

> No registration fee is required, but slots are limited to 70 participants.
> Participants must wear their best cosplay costumes and follow the designated parade route.
> Cooperation with marshals and adherence to event rules is required to avoid disqualification from receiving treats.
> Registrants NOT dressed in themed cosplay attire will not be permitted to join the parade.
