Ever Kiddie Stars returns for its comeback this year 2026 for its 18th and most exciting season yet with the theme “Idol sa Galing!”—a celebration of young talent, confidence, and star potential. This annual signature event of Ever Commonwealth Mall continues its tradition of discovering the next generation of kid performers who shine on stage with their unique skills and vibrant personalities.

I. WHO CAN JOIN

1. The Search for Ever Kiddie Stars (EKS) 2026 – Year 18 is open to all cute, smart and talented boys and girls.

2. Open to boys and girls aged 4 to 10 years old as of contest date at the time of the contest for the Ever Kiddie Stars 2026 Search

3. All contestants, assisted by their parents/guardian must completely filled-up and signed by the parent/s (exercising parental authority) the necessary application forms with the required attachments:

4. A recent colored, 1 pc. 5R CLOSE-UP and 1 pc. FULL BODY picture taken in with light make up only.

5. Original & photocopy of the contestant’s birth certificate (original copy will be returned after proper verification)

6. Photo copy of 2 Government issued IDs of parents or legal guardian

7. Ever Kiddie Stars 2020 application form and contest waiver are available at the Mall Administration Offices of Ever Manila Plaza and Ever Commonwealth.

8. Contestants must be Filipino citizens and have no existing talent management contract and no kid contest participations from other malls, prohibiting joining competitions.

9. Children who have won any Ever Kiddie Stars Grand Winner title in the past are not eligible.

10. Eligible to NCR / Metro Manila Residents only including: Municipality of Pateros, Caloocan City, Marikina City, Makati City, Mandaluyong City, Muntinlupa City, City of Manila,  Navotas City, City of Malabon, Valenzuela City, Pasay City, Pasig City, Parañaque City, Quezon City, City of San Juan, Las Piñas City, Taguig City.

II. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING (SCREENING, SEMI-FINALS, GRAND FINALS)

NOTE: The EVER KIDDIE STAR FACTOR – 40% will be fill up during the OVER ALL DELIBERATION on May 5, 2020 at the Mall Marketing Department, 3rd floor Manila Real Residences 1129 Natividad Lopez St. Ermita Manila shall be held to determine the screening passers. To be witnessed by the 3-member judge panel. A DTI representative shall be invited to witness and supervise the Overall Screening deliberation Day.

III. SCREENING SCHEDULES

     1. SCREENINGS shall be done at EVER COMMONWEALTH, Besides Mall Atrium, Lower Ground Floor.

     2. APPLICATION FORM, SIGNED CONTEST WAIVER and REQUIREMENTS must be submitted to the MALL ADMIN OFFICE. SCREENING TIME: 3PM to 6PM only

        • The pre-registered contestant must specify his/her preferred mall audition date in the application form upon submission of the requirement to the Mall Administration Office (Marketing Department)
        • Organizer shall not accept any application form, contest waiver and requirements after March 21, 2026
       • NOTE: The Organizer’s time shall be the basis of the cut-off time

3. Contestants can only be screened once. Organizer shall disqualify any contestant/s who has found to undergo any previous EKS 2020 Screenings

4. The Screenings / Semi Finals & Grand Finals will be on an individual basis, wherein each contestant will present their talent onstage.

5. The judge/s has the right to stop a performance if deemed necessary during the two (2) minutes time limit. The decision of the judge/s is final in concurrence with DTI.

6. No announcement of screening passers shall be made every after the Screening activity.

7. Out of the total number of auditionees, Organizer shall only choose 40 contestants – composed of 20 Boys & 20 Girls who garnered the highest points.

8. On April 4, 2026, the names of the 40 Screening passers shall be posted thru announcement posters at the Mall entrances and at Ever Malls Official fan page (FB) account and shall be notified thru phone call as well by the organizer.

9. The 40 screening passers (20 boys / 20 girls) will advance and compete in the SEMI-FINALS.

10. The SEMI FINALS of the Search for Ever Kiddie Stars is on May 16, 2020, 4PM at the Mall Atrium of Ever Commonwealth

11. From the 40 Semi Finalists (20 boys & 20 girls), Organizer shall only choose the TOP 12 contestants (7 boys & 7 girls) who garnered the highest scores. These 12 contestants shall advance and compete in the GRAND FINALS. The names of the TOP 12 Grand Finalists shall be announced after the tabulation of scores at the Mall where the Semi Finals is held.

12. The GRAND FINALS of the Search for EVER KIDDIE STARS 2026 will be held on May 24, 2026 at the Mall Atrium of Ever Commonwealth from 4pm to 7pm. Twelve kids (6 boys & 6 girls) will compete in the Grand Finals.

13. The contestants who qualify for the Grand Finals of the competition will be required to attend the Fun Day, Photo Shoot and Rehearsal. The schedule will be as follows:

14. All contestants with their parent/s or guardian/s must be present during scheduled meetings, rehearsal, fun day and photo sessions on time.

15. Failure to attend the fun day, rehearsals and photo sessions by the contestant or parent/s or guardian without justifiable reason will constitute grounds for deduction of (10) Ten points from the over-all score during the Grand Finals. Contestant or parent/s or guardian must submit a written letter prior the scheduled meeting stating the reason for the absence.

16. During the entire contest period
      • The parent/s or guardian must be responsible for the behavior, safety and welfare of the contestant, their personal belongings, and cost to be incurred to their participation in the contest.
      • The contestant must be accompanied by both parents or one of the parents. If the contestant will be accompanied by a guardian, the following must be submitted:
           – A written authorization signed by both or one of the parents.
           – A valid identification card (ID) of the guardian and the parent/s authorizing him / her.

       • At the end of the contest, judges will declare the Grand Winners of the Search for Ever Kiddie Stars 2020. The 1st and 2nd runner ups in the Ever Kiddie Stars 2020’s Grand Finals will be recognized and will receive prizes as well.

17. Prizes

    • List of prizes for the Semi Finals and Grand Finals will be as follows:

    • Winners’ prizes are tax-free. The 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,0000.00 shall be shouldered by Ever Malls.
    • All cash prizes shall be paid in check.
    • Awarding and claiming of prizes:
      A. Grand Finals:
          i. Grand Winners
              ○ The Cash prize shall be paid on July 3, 2026 at Ever Malls Head Office.
              ○ Ever Gift certificates may be claimed after the event at the Mall Accounting Office of the Mall where the Grand Finals was held.

          ii. 1st & 2nd Runner-Up
              ○ The Cash prize shall be paid on July 3, 2026 at Ever Malls Head Office.
              ○ Ever Gift certificates may be claimed after the event at the Mall Accounting Office of the Mall where the Grand Finals was held.

          iii. Consolation Prizes – Cash prize may be claimed after the event at the Mall
               ○ Accounting Office of the Mall where the Grand Finals was held
              ○ Special Awards & People’s Choice Awards– Prizes may be claimed after the event at the Mall Accounting Office of the Mall where the Grand Finals was held.

VI. GENERAL

1. PANEL OF JUDGES
• SCREENING – 3-member panel
• SEMI FINALS – 4-member panel
• GRAND FINALS – 7-member panel

2. A DTI representative will be invited to stay and witness the contest activities.

3. ORDER OF PERFORMANCE
    • Screening – first registrant – first performer
    • Semi Finals & Grand Finals- through draw lots to be done prior to the show proper

4. TALENT PORTION
     a.) For Screening, Semi Finals and Grand Finals: maximum of 2 minutes only.
     b.) It will be timed from the first vocal utterance in any vocal performance, the first musical in any instrumental performances, the first body movement in any dance performances, the first movement, gesture, utterance or musical sound in any variety performances.
     c.) Each contestant must have their music cued in a USB if the talent is singing or dancing requires background music or audio. A representative should be assigned by the contestant to coordinate with the sound system technician during the performance.
     d.) The USB must contain only the piece of music required for the talent performance, and it must be cued properly. A back-up copy of music must also be prepared and provided by the contestant’s talent performance.
     e.) Label each USB with the contestant’s name for proper identification.
     f.) Back up dancers will not be allowed during the talent performance of the entire contest.
    g.) Non-compliance will constitute ground for disqualification or deduction of points for the contestant.
    h.) Use of props will be allowed as long as it will not cause delay in the program. All props to be used shall be provided by the contestants.
     i.) Any dangerous stunts and hazardous materials such as machetes, knives, pointed objects and the like will not be allowed. No smoke effect or smoke effect or confetti will be allowed onstage at any time. This is applicable during Screening / Semi Finals and Grand Finals.Costume/attire during the performance must be decent and secured.
     j.) All allowed stage props, staging and other special requirements will only be entertained for the talent performance in the GRAND FINALS, provided that a written letter of request must be submitted to the Ever Malls – Marketing Department for approval at least one (1) week before the Grand Finals.
     k.) No fire related materials will be allowed in any talent performances during the Screening / Semi Finals & Grand Finals

5. Organizer shall have the right to cease or dismiss the talent presentation of any of the contestant/s if found to have violated items A, B and H under Talent Portion.

6. Upon submission of the application forms and required attachments, they shall constitute property of Ever Malls.

7. All contestants and their parent/s, guardian/s, handlers and supporters should conduct themselves in a manner displaying good sportsmanship throughout the contest. Any demonstration of “attitude” manners or un-sportsmanship conduct will result in automatic disqualification.

8.  The contestant and his/her parent/s or guardian/s acknowledge that they will not be receiving a talent fee and / or and other forms of honorarium / charges, remuneration or any form of consideration for participating in Ever Kiddie Stars competition.

9. During the contest period of Ever Kiddie Stars and the succeeding twelve (12) months from the competition’s Grand Finals, the contestant declares that he/she has neither entered nor will  enter into, or has agreed or will agree to, any commercial or advertising arrangement with any company / sponsor with a line of business which is in conflict with the industry of Ever Malls and its sponsor; otherwise the contestant shall be immediately disqualified from the contest and / or shall have forfeited his/her prizes and title.

10. Ever Malls shall disqualify the contestants who are winners or placers from other contests within the duration of the previous calendar year until the current year that is in conflict with Ever Malls.

11. A call time shall be set to contest activities such as the Semi-Finals and Grand Finals. If a contestant arrives 20 minutes or more after the set call time, Organizer shall automatically deduct 10 pts from the contestant’s total scores.

12. Children of Ever Mall employees, their immediate families and relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are not eligible to join the contest.

13. All contestants who are found to have documents that have been tampered shall be disqualified from joining the contest.

14. Ever Kiddie Stars Grand Winners (only) may also join other talent contest similar to that of the Search for Ever Kiddie Stars as long as one year has passed from the date that they have been declared as winners until the Grand Finals of the next Ever Kiddie Stars

15. Ever Kiddie Star 2020 Grand Winner shall participate in four (4) promotional activities as requested by Ever Malls.

16. Previous Ever Kiddie Stars Grand winners are not eligible to join this year’s Search.

17. The organizer’s decision in concurrence with DTI is deemed final
